Derek oversees the Manufacturing, Technical Operations and Supply Chain groups to support the day to day running of the operations focused on building best in class business models to support our customer base.
Peter Riefenhauser leads KMC's program management and account management teams. These customer-facing groups ensure that program performance and overall customer satisfaction is achieved. Pete has over 30 years experience in the diagnostic industry and has held several senior positions in marketing, operations and project management at leading IVD companies.
Roger Rhynehart leads KMC’s Manufacturing towards a best-in-class organization, while being committed to establishing a culture of high performance, high quality, lean methodology and continuous improvement that is recognized by KMC’s customers. Roger’s specific focus is on work cell optimization, production scale-up, lean manufacturing, six sigma implementation and developing talent to achieve substantial revenue and profits. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Darlene brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in Quality and Compliance, spanning the Medical Device, Biologic and Pharmaceutical industries. She is responsible for assuring Regulatory Compliance and end to end product Quality to meet Regulatory, Customer and Business requirements.
Peter Hagearty leads KMC’s Technical Operation organization. The Technical Operations team collaborates with our partners to deliver Manufacturing methods and processes that exceed our customers’ expectations. The team’s primary responsibilities are to support Operations, Engineer Project Transition, New Product Introduction, Process and Methods, Master Data Management and Supplier Support and Development. Peter has more than 20 years of experience managing Manufacturing Engineering and Technical Operations teams.
