KMC's entrance into the medical instrument contract manufacturing industry began in 1979 with the production of clinical chemistry analyzers. Employing a variety of technologies, we rapidly expanded into many areas of laboratory diagnostic instrumentationhematology, immunoassay, coagulation, and microbiology.
Over the past several years, our product portfolio has expanded even further. Recent projects include: fully automated in-vitro diagnostic analyzers and sample handling systems for the clinical diagnostic laboratory; smaller, more cost-effective diagnostic systems for the physician's office; support instruments for new surgical procedures; therapeutic devices utilizing groundbreaking biotechnologies; and high-volume laboratory automation for diverse medical applications.
Customer confidentiality agreements limit our ability to describe our recent projects. But when you visit our facility (under the appropriate nondisclosure arrangements), we will provide you with more detailed information on our experience and expertise.
