Test System Design and Development Test systems are essential for product acceptance testing, calibration and alignment, assembly testing, and troubleshooting. We develop test systems concurrently with development of the product. This enables the test systems to support breadboard and prototype development, product characterization, and validation/verification.
Requirements are established early so that test specifications can be developed in relation to the parameters of the product and focus on the equipment and software being developed. Test systems used for formal product testing or incorporating software are validated. In most cases, a test system is released using a test system definition document, which defines the configuration and provides applicable references.
Specializing in computerized special-purpose test sets for mixed-technology assemblies and modules, we have extensive experience in the development of test systems. Our capabilities include the development of systems for testing motion control, fluids handling, sensitive optical detection, imaging, pressure, temperature, and humidity. Test systems are the responsibility of the project team, but personnel with extensive test development experience are available for support.
