After studying customer design requirements, KMC mechanical engineers begin the design phase by applying classical methods of thermal and structural analysis. The resulting design is modeled using PTC Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA Structural and Thermal tools. Using these powerful modeling tools, our engineers evaluate performance without the cost and time involved with iterative prototyping. Quantifiable optimization can be completed within hours instead of weeks.

With this approach, a first prototype will require only minor design revisions to become producible.
