For each design/development project, we organize a multifunctional program team to implement the project plan.

Each program team is led by a program manager, a degreed engineer with extensive first-hand experience in the development of medical instrumentation. Program managers are the communication project focal point both internally and with the customer. They report monthly to our senior management on the project status of quality objectives, technical progress, schedule milestones, and progress toward cost goals.
